KAPCO has a 40 year history of offering innovative inventory and supply chain management programs to both OEM and aftermarket customers. We manage over $30 million in inventory and handle over 450 separate transactions per day for various customers who have outsourced some of the supply chain management functions to us. KAPCO STOREFRONT

If you are a manufacturer or distributor who would like to reduce your inventory, consolidate industry demand, lower operational costs, or offload your non-core products, the KAPCO STOREFRONT service offering may be of interest. Under the KAPCO STOREFRONT program, you maintain control of your customer contacts, while outsourcing all inventory planning, procurement, inspection, and order fulfillment via system integration with KAPCO. Our innovative approach and unique experience with Production Certificate quality systems allows KAPCO to ship directly on behalf of the Production Approval Holder. We have 10 years of experience running this program with several major OEM partners and have achieved industry leading levels of quality and delivery performance while at the same time reducing our partner’s inventory and operational costs.

Customized Kits

KAPCO offers customized kitting programs to reduce man-hours, increase efficiency in repair, and overhaul component shops. KAPCO can take your specific parts requirements for your daily standard overhauls and turn the time consuming, part retrieval process into one step. As one of the world’s largest stocking distributors of expendable, replacement sealing and clamp products to commercial airlines and independent repair facilities, KAPCO can help maximize your shop’s efficiency.

The customer is in control. You determine the individual expendable parts that are replaced each time the specific assembly is overhauled, and we will assemble the kit containing these parts. All parts will be individually packaged and marked, and then packaged as a single unit in a compact box or polyethylene "zip" bag. Simple forms to create your kit is available via fax or email and will soon be available on our website.

Once we have created your kits, they are your kits only. We apply a unique part number to each customized kit. When we have your established usage, we create the appropriate inventory, and that kit is stocked and sold only to you.
