Establishing a Customer Account with KAPCO

KAPCO is dedicated to providing superior customer service. Before KAPCO can answer your quote request or process your purchase order, we need to set you up as a customer in our system.

Here’s how to establish a customer account with KAPCO:

  1. Fill out a New Customer Application Form (Requires Acrobat Reader).
  2. If you would like to establish credit terms with KAPCO, you must provide six trade references in the space provided on the form. Please note that shipments to customers who have not established credit terms will be made on a C.O.D. basis or charged to a credit charge (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX). Credit card charges will only be accepted in writing.
  3. If you anticipate having long or large product shipments, please contact Customer Service for shipping methods.
