Terms and Conditions for Quotes

  1. Prices quoted are valid for 60 days and for the quantities listed on the quote request unless otherwise noted.
  2. Prices quoted are F.O.B. Brea, CA or Essex, CT and do not include any applicable sales, use, excise, transportation, or similar tax which may be imposed by any governmental authority. All such taxes so paid or imposed shall be in addition to the prices quoted.
  3. When a quote is limited to quantity on hand, product availability will be subject to prior sale.
  4. Quotes are valid for a single shipment unless otherwise noted. Additional fees may apply for multiple shipments.
  5. Any special request (e.g., manufacturer certification, test reports, first article inspections, special packaging) that were not noted on the quote request may incur an additional fee.
  6. Unless specifically stated, prices quoted do not include the cost of any dies, jigs, tooling, mold or molds, necessary to manufacture the subject merchandise.
  7. An item noted as "Special Order" in the quote is subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the quoted price.
