Terms and Conditions for Quotes

  1. Prices are valid for 30 days and for the quantities listed on the quote request unless otherwise noted.
  2. All prices in currency as noted on the quotation.  For quotes in British Pounds Sterling carriage is £12.86 per consignment for the UK mainland only. (5 kilos or more is an extra charge) 
  3. Minimum order requirements:
    - For quotes provided in USD a $35.00 mininum order value and a $10.00 minimum line item is required.      MasterCard, Visa, and AMEX are accepted with $10.00 line minimum and $35.00 order minimum.
    - For quotes provided in GBP a £75.00 minimum order valueand a £25.00 minimum line value is required.
    - For quotes provided in EUR a €30.00 minimum order value and a €10.00 minimum line value is required.
  4. Delivery of any product will be FOB as defined by the Uniform Commercial Code KAPCO Brea, California or other such KAPCO shipping point from which an item is shipped in fulfillment of an order and is made upon placing an item in the possession of a carrier.
  5. Any special request (e.g., manufacturer certification, test reports, first article inspections, special packaging) that were not noted on the quote request may incur an additional fee.
  6. When a quote is limited to quantity on hand, product availability will be subject to prior sale. Wire, Cable and Fasteners are subject to +/- 10% shipping tolerance. (Chargeable)
  7. Quotes are valid for a single shipment unless otherwise noted. Additional fees may apply for multiple shipments.
  8. Unless otherwise stated, prices quoted do not include the cost of any dies, jigs, tooling, mold or molds, necessary to manufacture the subject merchandise.
  9. An item noted as "Special Order" in the quote is subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the quoted price.
